Starting as a small trade counter operation in Tyne and Wear, the business focused on practical knowledge, honest service, and having the right parts available when customers needed them most.
Like many independent engineering suppliers, the early years were not without challenge. Market changes, industry slowdowns and supply pressures tested the business more than once. What kept the doors open was a commitment to service and the continued support of loyal customers who trusted us to deliver and returned again because we did.
